Information and consent request for the handling of personal data.Information document in compliance with and for all legal purposes of article 13, Legislative Decree of 30 June 2003 n. 196.
In compliance with the Legislative Decree of 30 June 2003 n. 196 (Privacy Consolidation Act), we communicate the information regarding the purposes and the conditions of the handling of Your personal data, as well as the extent of their communication and diffusion, the nature of the data we own and their conveyance.
Purposes of the handling for which we allow the consent if requested (Art. 23 of the Legislative Decree 196/2003)
a)- management of information request related to the service You chose:- pragmatic activities closely linked to the management of the relationships with customers (ex: acquisition of information as a first step to the conclusion of a contract, execution of operations on the basis of obligations resulting from contracts settled with customers, etc…);- information and mailing registration;- furnishing of goods and services and protection of credit resulting situations;- accounts activity (issue of invoices, payment arrangements) and eventual transfers of data abroad, also in countries outside the E.U.; b)- customized promotional communications, marketing analysis, economic/statistic researches, prize programs, recording of customer’s satisfaction rating by means of publicity bills and the sending of paper promotion documents, e-mail, sms, mms. The purposes of the collection and the automatic handling of Personal Data also include the sending of schedules, to which the Customer is not obliged to answer;- use of the data and the profile for promotion and marketing purposes.
Conditions of the handling
The handling will be done in automatic and/or manual way, with conditions and tools which aim to grant reliability and privacy, by expressly entrusted persons according to the art. 31 and Legislative Decree 196/03. Extents of communication and diffusion Your personal data will not be widespread. Nature of the conveyance The conveyance of Your personal data is optional. The eventual refusal of the consent for the handling of Your personal data for the purposes mentioned above at paragraph a) makes impossible to enter the web site of Roberta Venditti (Decor Graphic Shop) who will not be able to furnish the services necessary for the performance of contractual, accounting and fiscal obligations.Moreover, the owner informs that the eventual lack of communication, or wrong communication, of one of the obligatory information, leads to the following consequences:- the impossibility for the owner to grant the congruousness of the handling itself according to the contractual agreements;- the eventual lack of communication of the handling’s results on the basis of the obligations imposed by fiscal, administrative or working law for which the handling itself is concerned.The eventual refusal of the consent for the purposes mentioned above at paragraph b) does not lead to any negative consequence regarding the registration.You will be able to assert your rights according to the art. 7, 8, 9 and 10 of the Legislative Decree of 30 June 2003 n. 196, asking to the handling’s owner.
Right of access to personal data and other rights(Art. 7 of the Legislative Decree 196/2003)
1. The concerned person has the right to obtain the confirmation of the existence of his personal data, also if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible way.2. The concerned person has the right to obtain information about: 2.1 the sources of personal data;2.2 the purposes and conditions of the handling;2.3 the logic applied in the case of handling done by means of electronic instruments;2.4 the identity details of the owner, the persons in charge and the representative appointed according to the article 5, paragraph 2;2.5 the persons and categories of persons to whom personal data can be communicated or who can take information as a representative over the State territory, a person in charge or an appointed person. 3. The person concerned has the right to obtain: 3.1 the updating, the rectification, or rather, if he is interested, the data integration;3.2 the crossing out, the anonymity or the veto on the data in infringement of the law, including those for which their preservation is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data have been collected or successively handled;3.3 the attestation that the operations at paragraphs 3.1 and 3.2 have been revealed, also regarding their content, to whom the data have been communicated or widespread, except the case for which this performance is impossible or needs a clear disproportionate use of means as regards the protected right. 4. The person concerned has the right to object, totally or in part, regarding: 4.1 the legitimate reasons to the handling of His personal data, even if they regard the collection’s purposes;4.2 the handling of His personal data which aim at the sending of publicity documents, the direct selling, marketing analysis or commercial communications.
